Affordable Supply Co., Inc. (ASCO) was established in December 1986. ASCO distributes janitorial, lighting, medical and disposable food service supplies. We operate warehouses, manage other facilities, provide moving services, mail and distribution services, and courier and janitorial services. In addition, our growth has enabled us to expand our capability to provide administrative management support, computer operations, information technology, and publications management. We are a full-line service, supply and management company.

ASCO is HUBZONE certified by the Small Business Administration. It is, therefore, interested in teaming arrangements with established companies that could benefit from a price evaluation preference of 10% in a full and open competition. ASCO started as a movement in Metropolitan Washington and became a vehicle to demonstrate that a company can be successful in the inner city. Located in the Marshall Heights community of the northeast section of Washington, D.C., ASCO emphasizes the recruitment, hiring, training and development of young high school graduates from our community, which suffers high unemployment amongst its' youth population. Our growth has had a great impact in the community, allowing us to build our business, employ more young people and provide more services.
